MMI Benefit Plan

• Group Medical Insurance
  Group Medical Insurance is provided to Employee at nominal cost. For an additional cost Employee has option to add spouse and/or children or upgrade to a high end plan. Coverage begins on date of hire.
  
• Group Dental Insurance 
  MMI makes Group Dental Insurance available to Employees. Two plans are available – a basic plan and a high end plan. Employees pay the cost of Dental insurance.
  
• Holiday Pay 
  Salaried Employees receive Nine paid Holidays per year.
  
• Vacation 
  Salaried Employees receive – Ten paid vacation days.
  
• 401k Plan 
  Employees are encouraged to save for retirement and save taxes today. Employees are eligible to join the plan after one year of service.
  
• Transit Checks 
  Mitchell/Martin allows employees to save on taxes by utilizing transit checks to pay for their commutation costs.
  
• Section 125 Benefits 
  Mitchell/Martin allows employees to save on taxes by deducting medical and dental insurance premiums using pre-tax dollars.
  
• Consultant Bonus Plan 
  Salaried Consultants can convert unused vacation.
  
• Free Checking Account 
  Employees on Direct Deposit can obtain a Free checking account from Citibank. Specific terms available upon request.
