Mitchell Martin prides itself on providing quality opportunities to quality professionals. As part of our continuing efforts to develop stronger relationships with both our Consultants and Clients we have established a Candidate/Client referral program.

We want to reward you for placing your trust in MMI. Refer your friends and colleagues, who may be looking to advance to their next career move or if you know of a company that may be looking to staff up.

Our MMI Referral Program Fees:

• For any Consultant We Place through your referral or any Client where We Make a Placement through your referral, the payout will be as follows: 
  
  1st referral - $16.00 per billable day
  2nd referral - $20.00 per billable day
  3rd. referral - $24.00 per billable day
  4th or more - $28.00 per billable day
  

• For any Full-Time Placements - Requirement or Candidate
  
  $1,500.00 - payable once the Client's required guarantee period has been satisfied.
