All W2 hourly and daily employees are eligible to sign up on Mitchell Martin’s Medical Insurance plan provided by Empire BlueCross BlueShield. All W2 hourly and daily employees are responsible for the full costs of participating on the Medical plan and for any upgrades on the plan. Upgrades include the option to add a spouse and/or children to the plan and/or upgrade to another offered plan. All Medical premiums are paid using pre-tax dollars giving the employee a tax savings. Medical coverage begins on the date of hire.

Group Dental Insurance is made available to W2 hourly or daily employees through Delta Dental. Employee pay for any costs associated with the dental plan insurance. All Dental premiums are paid using pre-tax dollars giving the employee a tax savings. Dental coverage begins on the date of hire.

Mitchell Martin employees are encouraged to ready themselves for retirement with our 401K plan. All W2 employees are eligible to join the plan after one year of service.
Transit Card Program
Mitchell Martin offers our W2 employees the opportunity to save money by enrolling in our commuter benefits program. Mitchell Martin offers TransitChek Program which is an IRS-approved commuter benefits program that lets employees save money on their commute by transit with tax-free dollars. With Transit Check, you can put aside up to $125 a month for transit, which adds up to $1,500 a year of tax-free income.
