Mitchell Martin welcomes and rewards all referrals of potential candidates or business opportunities. As part of our continuing efforts to develop stronger relationships with our Consultants, we promote a Candidate/Client referral program. We at Mitchell Martin, want to reward those individuals that put their trust in our company. MMI's IT division pays the following referral bonuses for candidates that are referred to MMI and placed on a temporary or permanent assignment:

Temporary Placements - $10 per day

* $10 per day for each billable day.

Permanent Placements - $3,000

* Paid at 120-days from the start date.

Eligibility:

MMI is able to pay a referral bonus to any individual that can legally work in the US, including people that are on an H1B work visa.

Rules:

Referrals that will not be honored:

Any personnel, either full time or consulting, that you are CURRENTLY working with at your MMI client engagement.

Any candidate, that MMI has been in contact with within past 30 days.

MMI will make every effort possible to contact you and let you know within 24 hours if your referral meets eligibility criteria.
