Mitchell Martin Inc. acquires Garrett Sayer Group

Mitchell Martin Inc. (MMI) a leading information technology and health care staffing and consulting firm announced the strategic acquisition of Garrett Sayer Group. Garrett Sayer Group is an information technology staffing and consulting company with about $3.5 million in revenue providing technical professionals to its clients in the Northeast and Mid Atlantic region since 1987.

This acquisition will enhance the strength and experience of MMI. It will help MMI continue to operate its professional staffing business focused on the specific requirement of its clients and retain their loyalty by delivering best candidates in the industry. It will also result in exchanging best industry practices and new initiatives. The acquisition will compliment MMI’s existing customer base by adding Garrett Sayer’s middle market and non financial clients. It will enhance MMI’s network of experienced and qualified consultants in a variety of niche markets.
